A KM Roadmap charts the course of KM projects and initiatives for the short to medium term. It is derived from the KM Strategy, which is in turn guided by business objectives. If the organisation has developed a KM Maturity Model, then the stages in the Roadmap will also be aligned to the hoped-for progress in the maturity model.
