Training
Knowledge Organisation, Knowledge Strategy
If there’s anything we’ve learned in the past 15 years, it is that one size does not fit all when it comes to knowledge management. KM must be grounded in the particular needs and intentions of your organisation. Starting 2009, we are offering two new workshops that offer proven techniques for supporting your operational and strategic needs with appropriate and relevant KM activities.
This programme of workshops is supported by the Information and Knowledge Management Society (www.ikms.org) and iKMS members are eligible for a 20% discount.
These techniques and frameworks can be used for: – conducting knowledge audits and maps – designing taxonomies – aligning KM initiatives and plans to the organisation’s business needs and strategy
