Are you a Singaporean entrepreneur, interested in doing business in China?
The Singapore Institute of Management, working with Straits Knowledge, has completed six case studies that will help Singapore SMEs do business more successfully in China. In particular, they focus on success strategies, core competencies that entrepreneurs and managers need in the China market, and critical success factors for doing business there.
The cases are built on confidential focus groups and interviews conducted from June to September 2003. The case studies are fictionalised, but realistic portraits of Singaporean businesses operating in China and the challenges they face.
The cases are available as a booklet for sale from SIM. Email for more details.
