- Knowledge Audit Masterclass and Survey
Patrick will be leading a masterclass at Social Now, Lisbon, May 10 on ”How to conduct a knowledge audit to identify KM goals and technologies“. He’s also conducting a survey for his next book on how KM practitioners understand and experience knowledge audits - you can take the survey here - responses are anonymous, but if you leave your email address we’ll share the survey results once compiled.

We are organising two major Masterclasses in May and June this year, led by - well - Masters in their fields. June 16-17 2016 we have a Masterclass on using Gamification to create impact in knowledge management and change management initiatives, led by the inimitable Professor Michael Sutton.
